Joining the Credit Union is easy!
You can apply for membership online by using our Online Membership Application.
Once submitted, your membership application will be reviewed within 24 business hours. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive a secured email from your credit union to electronically sign your membership card, upload identifying documentation and fund your initial deposit.
Qualifying documentation currently includes state-issued Driver's License, ID, or Matricula Consular. Please be aware that if the address on your Driver's License/ID does not match the address provided on your membership application, we will require proof of address such as a utility bill or bank/credit card statement.
California Agribusiness Credit Union exists solely to benefit its members/owners. Because we are a member-owned, not-for profit financial institution, we return our earnings to our members in the form of competitive rates and dividends. Additionally, your money is federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration. We offer the access, security and stability of any high-profile financial institution, with access to over 28,000 CO-OP Network ATMs, as well as over 6,700 shared branching locations.
Best of all, our personalized member service is the best any financial institution can offer! We care about your financial situation and want to ensure we meet your every financial need. We understand that the trust of our membership is our greatest asset and we will work hard to maintain it. You may place your confidence in CalAgCU and we look forward to serving you as a member of the Credit Union!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURE(S) FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an Account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
